Information you provide

The request form asks for your name, work email, business name, the service you're interested in, and a description of your project. Phone number, website address, and timing are optional.

Purpose of collection

The submitted information is used to assess your project inquiry and contact you about a potential website preview or service. The form does not take payment.

How submission works

When configured, our Cloudflare-hosted submission endpoint forwards the request to a private CRM webhook selected by the business. The endpoint does not report success unless the webhook accepts the request. If no endpoint is configured or delivery fails, an error message is displayed and you may retry. Details about the CRM provider's retention and processing should be confirmed before the form goes live.

Security and contact

Avoid including passwords, payment information, or confidential records in the project description. If you have a privacy question, raise it in your inquiry or in the conversation that follows. Hosting and CRM providers may process relevant technical information needed to deliver the site and form request.
